It’s 2013 and I’m ready for great things. 2012 was a big one for me. I brought another life into this world and completed goals I’d set for myself. I’ve connected with some wonderful ladies through this space! We’ve shared laughs, advice and style. I continue to be inspired by you all and hope you find some inspiration around here too.
As we share our goals and dreams on our blogs, you ladies motivate me to stretch myself and do more. I look forward to wonderful things from you! I’m talking books, businesses and overall fabness! Know that I’m right there with you. I’ll be taking on new things this year and challenging myself in new ways.
I won’t be making any resolutions this year. My biggest promise to myself this year is to be great! For a minute I thought about using another word. Commanding myself to be great could be taken the wrong way. Arrogant much? Then, I thought about it, if I don’t push myself and demand the absolute best for me, who will? So, yes, greatness is the goal. It’s time to be bold and not worry about what others may think or say. As long as I operate in love and respect, who can be mad at that?
Here’s to a GREAT 2013 ladies! Let’s make our dreams count. Here’s my mandate for 2013:
Having a dream you don’t pursue is like buying an ice cream cone and watching it melt all over your hand.
