I’ve been diving into Spring cleaning (with a bigger purpose) around here. It used to be so much easier! When I was single, it was a quick job. Now that there’s two kids and a husband in the mix, Spring Cleaning is more like a complete overhaul. The biggest job is getting old toys and clothes out of the house. It takes no time at all for all of it to pile up. I try to get things out several times a year. I’m not sure that’s enough. So, I’ve been pulling things together with some help from my Epson label printer.
I have kids clothes and toys and my clothes to deal with. I’m all about clearing space in our home to make room for new things. I’m not talking about just material things. I think all the things we say we want but don’t see show up in our life sometimes has to do with our need to let go. I’m ready to let go. That clearing of space also helps me to clear my mind and make room for new ideas and more focus.

I’m sorting the kids clothes by what will be given to charity and what will be sold at a consignment shop. I’m sorting their toys the same way. As for my clothes, I’ll be sorting by what I’ll give away and what I’ll sell on a series of online sources. Here’s where we’re starting:
I sorted them and quickly realized I needed a real sorting system. I pulled out some bins to sort some of the clothes and toys. Then I realized, I’ll need a few more! I’m also using this portable label printer by Epson to create labels to keep me organized. I’m printing out labels for the bins so I’ll keep track of what’s going to the consignment shop and what’s headed to charity. I’m also keeping my clothes separate from theirs. The consignment shop only handles kids clothes. Don’t wanna mix that up!
The Epson label printer is so easy to use! You can use plug it into your computer or use it wirelessly. One really cool feature is that you can use it with your phone. All you have to do is download the app and connect it using Bluetooth. How easy is that?!
I can customize my labels choosing font, font size and even borders.
I felt like I made some real progress and cleared some serious space. I ended with with two bins full of clothes and toys.
I’m on the hunt for a new project to tackle using my label maker! The kids rooms are just begging for some labels!

I have some epson labels and I’ve been doing the same thing. Sorting through and trying to get my home organized. I live alone but apparently I’ve got a lot more junk than I realized at the beginning of my spring cleaning because I’m still at it.

The printer is so adorable. I love that you can customize the labels on your phone. It makes getting organized even more fun.
I love labeling, because it helps me organize our things at home a lot better. Plus, having twins means they need to know which on is theirs and which one is their sister’s so that’s really important. Good to know we have a device such as that Epson Printer! SO COOL!
I am so guilty of sorting and organizing clutter and belongings and putting them in unmarked tubs. I then spend the next few years trying to figure out which tub has what I need. Labels…what a great idea 🙂

I have a lot of things that need to be organized. Unfortunately, I can’t start organizing them until after I finish doing my paperwork.
I am just loving it, this is such a wonderful Label maker that could come so handy on many occasions & even for kids when they go on school trips to make sure they have everything labelled. Epson is a great brand & the label printer sounds like a great product as well.
