Let’s play a little Q&A. I saw this list of questions over on the Team Pancakes blog and thought I’d give it a go over here.
1. First thing you do when you wake up in the morning.
Feed the baby. She’s my alarm clock these days.
2. First thing you reach for when you open the fridge.
Most times – juice.
3. First things you do when you go to the gym.
Haven’t been in forever but from what I recall, I head straight to the elliptical for a little cardio.
4. First thing you do you when you get home from work.
Kiss my family if they’ve made it home before me and then hit the stove to cook dinner.
5. First car.
A formerly silver, dirty gray by the time I got it, Pontiac 6000. I think that’ the name. The car didn’t go over 40 miles an hour without shaking like crazy so I couldn’t go on the freeway. I think that was all a part of my moms master plan.
6. First car accident / traffic violation.
My first accident happened as I was sitting at a stop sign. A man attempted to speed across a very busy street to get to the side where I was. In the process his car was hit by oncoming traffic which threw him straight into my car as I sat at the stop sign. The crash ripped and crunched the front of my truck and left my hand injured. Jerk!
7. First thing you wanted to be when you grew up.
A singer.
8. First choice beverage.
Juice!!! Any cranberry variation.
9. First choice breakfast.
Oatmeal. Apple cinnamon mixed with dried cranberries and almond slivers. Oscar Mayer turkey bacon. Add a side of yogurt and I’m happy.
10. First choice dessert.
Don’t have one. Not a bit dessert gal.
11. First song that comes to mind.
Right now? Blow Me One Last Kiss by Pink.
12. First major purchase.
My car mentioned in the first accident question. It’s a Jeep that I’m still rolling. Loving that no car payment life!
13. First job.
CVS Pharmacy. I worked at a location in a mall when I was 16. I wanted a job at a clothing store at the mall like a cool kid. I ended up in a drug store. Pfft.
14. First time you flew on a plane.
When I was a really little girl my mom and I flew to Texas.
15. First real “big girl” job.
Topical producer at a tv station. My first office. It was nice.
16. First Kiss.
My high school boyfriend. I think I was 15.
17. First Big Vacation.
Hmmm… When I was younger NYC was the biggest deal ever. (still a pretty big deal)
18. First Name Brand Purchase.
I think that may have been a Coach bag. Still my favorite handbags.
19. First Memory.
Uh, I don’t remember.
20. First Fav. TV Show.

I’ll take number 6 my first ticket was when I was 16 (back then you could drive by yourself at 16) I got a ticket for driving to slow…..I was like whaaaaaa you have got to be kidding me. I was going 30 mph in a 55 mph hwy needless to say I don’t drive that slow anymore lol.
