I am 35 years old and I’ve:
Gone horseback riding
Swam in a cave with bats – well, watched other people swim… I can’t swim.
Been to the top of the Eiffel Tower

Seen Broadway shows

Been in magazines
Walked in fashion shows
Written a book
Watched the Color Purple more times than I can count (LOVE that movie!)

Competed in a pageant – lost amid controversy. Argh!
Sang in front of a large audience (talent competition for above)
Been a member of the Whitney Houston fan club (as a teenager loved her!)
Played “worm hospital” with my cousins – who knew we weren’t helping them give birth but actually killing them?
Been to the ballet

Been to Versailles
Been courted by an NBA player (glad that didn’t work out)

Been to Niagara Falls

Moved across the country without a job
Fainted at a concert (it wasn’t the amazing talent – it was HOT)
Ran away from home (for about an hour –got hungry and went back)

Sounds like a life well lived…full of fun and contribution. Having a little trouble imagining how you even decide to play “worm hospital”! 🙂 ….and the birthing thing?!?!

I have been to Versailles too – so beautiful! I love the last one, once when I told my Mom I was running away (at about age 10) she gave me a map. Ha.

This was fun to read, as was the the 22 things you haven’t done yet! It also made me realize that I have done many interesting things in my life. (For some reason I always tend to think my life is pretty boring!)
